What happened?

The previous owners of Pure Bliss Baking sold to one of the bakers, Greg, who has taken over the bakery!
We don’t plan on changing the core of what Pure Bliss Baking was, while keeping priority on healthy eats and digestible breads.

That means:

  • Organic Ingredients
  • Long-Fermented Sourdough
  • No Seed Oils

What Changes?

Very little! Most of the employees are the same, the recipes are the same.
We plan to create changes that only improve the amount that we are able to sell and improve flavor, shelf life, and usability of our baked goods!

Sunday: 8AM – 2PM
Monday: 8AM – 2PM
Tuesday: 8AM – 6PM
Wednesday: 8AM – 6PM
Thursday: 8AM – 6PM
Friday: 8AM – 6PM
Saturday: 8AM – 6PM
